Delivery & Returns

We endeavour to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Typical delivery times from the time of collection of payment through to delivery of your items is around 3 days.

Delivery is currently set to: One or Two items – £2.00; Three items – £2.75; Four or more items – £3.50 (UK mainland only). To check the status of your order log in to your account through the site and look up your order, or simply call us on 01727 826060 or 01727 821997.

 

Our Returns Policy

Our 30 day returns guarantee

Our 30 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unwashed and unworn and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: we can only accept the return of worn items if they are faulty.

Damaged items

If you take delivery of a Kids on the Catwalk package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange.

Defective items

You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time, please keep all of your paper work that accompanies your order. Note: in the event of Kids on the Catwalk sending you a replacement for a damaged or defective item, you must return the original item to Kids on the Catwalk within 30 days. Kids on the Catwalk reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement to the payment card used for the original order if the item is not returned within 30 days of the date on which Kids on the Catwalk confirms we will issue a replacement.

I have not received everything I ordered:

Items you order from Kids on the Catwalk may sometimes be sent in more than one delivery, even if you have requested that you receive them all together. For example, you may receive multiple deliveries if your order contains an oversized item that needs to be dispatched separately. Regardless of the number of deliveries you receive, you will only be charged the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you placed your order.

I ordered the wrong thing and want to return it

No problem. Just email or contact us to amend your order..

You sent me the wrong stuff:

As soon as you find out we have sent you an incorrect item, email us and let us know. We willl send you the correct item as soon as we can. Send the original item back to us (customer service will provide instructions on how to do this) and we willl make sure you are not charged for it. Note: in the event of Kids on the Catwalk sending you a replacement for an incorrect item, you must return the original item to Kids on the Catwalk within 30 days. Kids on the Catwalk reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement to the payment card used for the original order if the item is not returned within 30 days of the date on which Kids on the Catwalk confirms we will issue a replacement. And if you have grown quite attached to the item and want to keep it, just email us and we will charge the cost of the item to the card you used to place the original order. Payment

All items purchased via our online shop currently only have one method of payment, the Kids on the Catwalk Callback method.Upon receipt of your order one of our team will call you back at the contact number on your account to discuss how you would like to make payment for your goods, and where necessary collect credit or debit card details.
